What is that website that has predicted the heisman winner for the last 15 years and got it right everytime? I cant remember but it is ALWAYS right down to the right percentages and even 1.2.3 they know it all; anyone know that site; help please

I already have the stats I want to use for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens. Win Percentage, Pass Yards,Run Yards, Turnovers, Etc.

Can I even use multiple regression to pick a winner or do I need more than two teams? I know how I can use multiple regression to check all thirty some teams to see who has the best chance to win a super bowl but what about just two teams.
PS It could be any game. I just used this game as a example

My initial guess would be no, you cant do this, since each team does not play every other team, and even if they did, they wouldn’t play them the same number of times, and even if they did that too, the sample space would still be too small-you would need dozens of games between any two teams.
The best analysis would be within the same division, but again, since they dont play the same teams out of division you’d have to use only the data in intradivision games and apply the results similarly.
I would also assume that the regression variables would be wildly non-linear, so you’re going to have a beast of an equation when you’re done.
Again, these are all just guesses by inspection, and they may be way off, but then again if it were in any way feasible I assume it would have already been done.

107 soccer teams compete in the annual tournament. At the start of each round, the teams are selected in PAIRS; these pairs then compete against each other to determine who goes through to the next round. How many games must be played to determine the winner?

First round 53 games are played + 1 bye
Second round 27 games are played
Third round 13 games are played + 1 bye
Fourth round 7 games are played
Fifth round 3 games are played + 1 bye
Sixth round 2 games are played
Seventh round 1 game is played

Total number of games is 53 + 27 + 13 + 7 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 106

Looking at the answer, I suppose 107 teams means 106 teams have to be eliminated. As each elimination is the result of exactly one match, that implies 106 matches.
