This video shows you “how to start the NSD Powerball Gyroscope with a thumb” and while I was at it I also tried to break The Powerball World Record…(lol!)…not, just kidding :-)

I’ve actually been practicing for just a few days, but I really think you should learn how to start the nsd powerball gyroscope with your thumb as soon as possible – after you’ve figured out how to keep it going of course – as it saves you time and it just looks so much better.

    @yomom12 I don’t know which one is better, the dynaflex or the nsd powerball. I never used the dynaflex to be honest.     @chris0419 Yes definitely. The powerball gyroscope is for increasing strength, co-ordination and dexterity in hands, wrists, arms and upper body. So it’s great for:

    @vvvdv Try to get your powerball going with the string at the lowest speed possible first, and then just keep on trying ;) That’s the best way you’ll get the hang of it. Hope that helped.

    If you have a guitar and a synth pedal (or software) then put one of these powerball thingies next to you pickup while its spinning and the guitar is on. the noises are freakin awesome, best with synth pedal tho.

    Hmmm, this usually could be 3 things: 1) You need to practice more on rotating your wrist. 2) You need to spin the powerball faster when starting. 3) The powerball is defect.
