a friend of mine …
a friend of mine lost weight and got in great shape with these tapes. She said its fun and you dont have to be coordinated which I a not but its fun and so long as no one is looking I can be silly and burn calories. I would do this and hopefully Diet o!

OMG! I TOTALLY AGREE in terms of the Tae Bo! I was trying so hard not to give up. But, by the time I got one move down, it was time to move on to the next one. Way too much choreography to be effective for me personally!

My problem with …
My problem with these workout programs is they look so silly when they’re doing it, and you feel even more ridiculous the first few times you actually do it. I’ve never done this one, but I do P90X instead.
I don’t feel so goofy anymore, but I do make a point of locking my door regardless:)

the turbo moves are …
the turbo moves are all VERY similar to tae-bo moves. but Some tae-bo is great but some of the other ones have a bit too much confusing choreograhy for my taste.I mean i just wanna get in shape i’m not auditioning for fame here.
